Art and Portfolio
ART AND PORTFOLIO
Art & Portfolio at Macademia introduces young people aged 12+ to developing their creative voice while building a strong, personal body of work. Students explore a range of artistic techniques, materials, and styles while learning how to present and curate their work professionally.
The course is structured into four standalone modules, each running as a 6-week block (2-hour sessions). Modules can be taken in sequence or alongside other subjects, allowing a flexible and personalised learning journey.
Through practical projects, students experiment, develop ideas, and refine their work into portfolio-ready pieces. The course supports GCSE and A-Level Art while helping students build confidence, creativity, and a high-quality portfolio for further study and creative pathways.
