Young Professionals Academy
Real insight. Better decisions.
At Macademia, we help young people explore future careers through hands-on, real-world learning.
Our Young Professionals Academy gives students the chance to experience different pathways — from architecture and engineering to law, business and more — so they can make confident choices about what comes next.
If they discover:
“I love this” — great.
“This isn’t for me” — just as valuable.
Because either way, they’re learning through real experience, not guesswork.
What students gain
- Insight into real careers
- Understanding of pathways (GCSEs, A-levels, university, apprenticeships)
- Confidence in their future choices
How it works
- 6-week blocks (term time)
- Start at the beginning of each block
- Choose one subject or try different pathways
- Build skills or explore new interests
Flexible by design
Students can mix and match subjects or continue building knowledge in one area — giving them the freedom to explore or specialise over time.
