Law and Criminology
LAW & CRIMINOLOGY
Law & Criminology at Macademia Daytime Academy introduces younger learners to how rules, fairness, and justice work in everyday life. Students explore why laws exist, how society deals with right and wrong, and how investigations help solve problems, while developing confidence in discussion, reasoning, and critical thinking.
The course is designed as flexible learning blocks for home-educated children, with 2-hour sessions that are semi-structured and discussion-based. Students are encouraged to share opinions, ask questions, and explore real-life scenarios in a safe and supportive environment.
Through interactive activities, case studies, and role-play, students begin to understand how laws are made, how decisions are reached, and how people work within systems to keep society fair and safe.
